Can you work in our home while we still live there?
Yes. We regularly renovate occupied homes. We protect finished areas, keep the job site clean each day, and coordinate the schedule around your household so daily life stays as normal as possible.
How long does a kitchen or bathroom remodel take?
Timelines depend on scope, but a typical bathroom remodel runs a few weeks and a full kitchen remodel runs several weeks. We give you a line-item timeline in the proposal and maintain a 100% on-time completion record.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We manage the required permits and coordinate inspections so the work is completed to code, including basement finishing and additions. You get direct updates from the owners throughout.
